The model number for the one we previously reviewed is #WHD702A. Notice the model number 902A is higher than the 702A. Here are some of the videos we've done on the older model:

The WHD702A is actually not available in the US from Amazon, you would have to order it directly from China via AliExpress.

This video is basically just an unboxing and initial review. We will do a series of videos of this upgraded version similar to what we've done in the past with the older model such as installation, set up, features, remote viewing, how to link to NVR & mobile cell phone etc..

Comparing the two version, the WHD902A is slightly larger, but it feels sturdier, has a matte finished and looks as if it is made of metal vs the WHD702A which is very shiny and plastic-like. This upgraded version has 6 sensors versus 4 on the older unit.

The biggest improvement is antenna. It is no longer mounted on the dome but on the base. This is significant because we've had issues in the past where the mounting screw for the antenna base broke off the plastic housing rendering the camera nearly useless. Fortunately we we able to solder, rewire the connection, and glue everything back on. Because we ordered directly from China via AliExpress, it would've taken us another month or so to get a replacement.

The upgraded version has a larger speaker and is also mounted on t he base of the unit instead of on the dome. The opening of the SD card port is underneath the dome versus the top of the dome which is better for waterproofing. In the older version you would have to open the top of the dome in order to access the SD card. Putting the cover back together was a nightmare because of the flimsy rubber gasket.

The upgraded version uses Eseecloud app while the older version uses ICSee, which has a lot of complaints. We have not use EseeCloud in the past so when we install this camera, we will show you how to connect the system to the Eseecloud App for remote viewing.

According to Amazon listing, this camera can be used independently or with existing Hiseeu wireless security camera system. It is also compatible with HeimVision, Hikvsion & SMONET.
